Shipments

Shipping times to Spain: Orders will be processed and shipped within [2-5] business days after receiving payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on the location of the recipient and the selected shipping method. We strive to send orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee exact delivery times since they are subject to external factors and the transport company. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 days.

Shipping times to Latin America: Orders will be processed and shipped within [2-3] business days after receiving payment confirmation. We strive to send orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee exact delivery times since they are subject to external factors and the transport company. The estimated delivery time is 30-40 days.

Shipping costs: some are FREE. Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process and will be based on the weight, size and destination of the package, as well as the selected shipping method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be clearly shown in the order summary before finalizing the purchase.

Shipping methods: We offer several shipping methods, such as standard shipping, express shipping or free shipping on some products or on orders greater than a certain quantity. The shipping methods available may vary depending on the recipient's location and will be shown during the purchase process.

Shipping address: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing their order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Shipment tracking: For most orders, a tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped. Buyers will be able to track their package using the tracking number provided on the website of the corresponding transport company.

International shipments: International shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties or other additional charges that are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for these charges or for the delays caused by customs clearance.

Loss or damage in shipping: We strive to properly pack and protect all products for shipping, but we are not responsible for loss or damage to the package during transport. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we recommend that you contact the corresponding transport company to file a claim.

If by any chance we have a lack of stock in our warehouses in Spain, in order to supply our customers, we will use external warehouses, in which we cannot ensure the delivery time, so we are not responsible for the delivery time in these cases.

Changes in the shipping policy: We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective from its publication on our website.
